PLASTISOL

01

PLASTISOL INK

Plastisol is the industry standard for a reason—but not everyone prints it well. When done right, though, it has its place. We use a premium, based-down plastisol that dials back the usual shine, giving it a smoother, softer look that’s more like our water-based inks.

Plastisol really shines when you’re going for bold effects—like high-color simulated process prints or special finishes such as puff, high density, gel, or even glow-in-the-dark. And just so you know: our epic plastisol inks are totally lead- and phthalate-free, and they’re some of the most opaque out there. Bold, safe, and versatile—exactly how plastisol should be.

02

SIMULATED PROCESS

Simulated process is the technique of mixing small halftones of many colors to deliver a dynamic print that can look photorealistic. We partner with some of the most talented color separators in the industry to delivery exceptional results.

When it comes to printing durable, photorealistic prints on tees, nothing beats the Simulated process. Unlike its competitors, direct to garment printing and direct to film printing, the Sim process offers unparalleled look, feel, and durability. Trust us, you won't find anything else like it!

03

PUFF INK

Utilize three dimensional puff ink to stay on trend. It can be used as a standalone embellishment or as a dynamic accent to elevate your designs.

Puff ink incorporates a puffing agent that expands when subjected to heat.

After the design is screen printed onto the fabric, it enters the dryer & curing process where heat is applied. This special treatment activates a puffing agent that works its magic, causing the ink to expand and loft, resulting in that cool raised texture we all love.
