Premium plastisol ink
We use a premium, based-down plastisol that dials back the usual shine for a smoother, softer look, closer to our water-based inks.
Our plastisol inks are lead- and phthalate-free and among the most opaque out there. Bold, safe and versatile.

Simulated process
Simulated process mixes small halftones of many colors into a dynamic print that can look photorealistic.
For durable, photorealistic prints on tees, the look, feel and durability beat direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing.

Puff ink
Puff ink contains a puffing agent that expands when heat is applied in the dryer, giving that raised texture. Use it on its own or as an accent to elevate a design.

What's the minimum order?
We have a 50-piece minimum per design. Every order is quoted on quantity, garment and decoration, so tell us what you're planning and we'll price it.

Most orders: 7–10 business days to print after proof approval and payment. Rush orders are available when the production schedule allows (rush fees apply).
