How fast will I get a quote?
Quotes come back within 24 hours.
How long does production take?
Most orders: 7–10 business days to print after proof approval and payment. It can be quicker if needed, so tell us your deadline.
Do you offer next-day rush?
Next-day shirt rush is sometimes possible: order by 10 AM Phoenix time, when production allows. Rush adds 100% to the printing cost (not the blanks). Hats aren't available for next-day rush.
Do I get a proof before you print?
Yes. You get a digital proof before print, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Can I get my proof by text?
Yes. Tick the optional text box on the quote form and we’ll text you a link to your proof. Check it on your phone, then approve it or tell us what to change. No app to download. The same link opens on a computer too, for a bigger view before you approve. We only text about your order: proofs, order status and shipping. Reply STOP anytime to opt out. See how it works.
What artwork do I need to send?
Please send finished artwork. We print and embroider your artwork as supplied.
What do you make?
Screen printing, embroidery, patches and hats, plus fulfillment: we pack, bag and label your order.
Do you offer a sample credit?
Yes. We offer a 50% sample credit with a 7-day window.
Who actually runs my order?
Factory-direct, not a middleman. Our team runs every order start to finish: quote, proof, schedule, quality checks and shipping from our Phoenix warehouse. Everything is decorated in the USA. We're headquartered in Phoenix, with 20+ years of experience and 50,000+ pieces a month.
Do you offer USA-made options?
USA-made is available for hats and tee options. Ask for a USA-made quote when you contact us.
