Do you help small brands with development?
Not at this time. We’re built for established brands with in-house creative teams and a production-ready product. Our focus is doing what we do best: delivering exceptional quality at scale.
What is your print minimum?
We have a minimum of 50 pieces for screen printing. Although there are limitations for smaller runs, feel free to reach out and we can talk about your project.
Do you offer USA-made options?
Yes. USA-made options are available for hats and t-shirts and other apparel. Tell us you want USA-made when you ask for your quote and we'll quote the USA-made option. Our custom hats are made in the USA. See USA-made options.
Can you complete my order in 1-2 days?
We provide rush orders when our production schedule permits. There will be rush fees depending on your desired turnaround time.
How long is your standard turnaround time?
It depends on the type of service selected. Once orders are paid for and the proof is approved most orders are completed within 7-10 business days.
Why should I choose water based printing?
Water based printing has a soft hand feel, the ink is eco friendly and it allows the garment to breathe. Water based ink also can achieve much higher detail.
Do you offer design services?
While we do have a team of graphic designers available, please note that design services are not part of our offerings. Nevertheless, we would be more than happy to provide you with some great recommendations.
Do you ship to other states?
Yes, we ship all over the country. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added after order completion.
