Send your theme, VBS dates, rough headcount and any artwork. Your quote comes back within 24 hours, and our designers can start on art if you need it.

Review the digital proof, choose shirt colors for kids, volunteers and staff, and start collecting size counts from registration.

Get a quoteWhen should we order VBS shirts?
Start the conversation about 8 weeks before your VBS week and place your final order at least 4 weeks out. Quotes come back within 24 hours, and production takes 7–10 business days after proof approval and payment. Tell us your VBS dates up front and we'll schedule backward from them.
What's the minimum order for custom VBS shirts?
50 pieces per design. Most VBS programs pass that easily once you count kids, volunteers and staff. Not sure you're there yet? Send us what you have and we'll help you plan the order.
What sizes do VBS shirts come in?
Youth XS through adult 3XL, all in one order, so preschoolers, older students, volunteers and staff all match. Send your registration counts and we'll help you plan the size mix.
Should VBS volunteers and staff wear a different color than the kids?
We recommend it. The same design on a different shirt color for kids, crew leaders and staff, or a color for each crew or age group, makes leaders easy to spot and keeps groups together. We'll pack each team's shirts together for easy hand-out.
Can you put our VBS theme on the shirts?
