How puff ink works
Puff ink is a specialty screen printing ink with a heat-activated foaming agent. After the design is printed, heat in the dryer activates the agent and the ink expands and lofts into that raised texture.
Apply puff to the entire artwork, or pick specific elements or colors to draw attention to part of the design.

Tonal puff printing
Tonal printing uses shades of ink that subtly contrast with the shirt color. Black puff on a black heavyweight tee is a favorite. Tonal prints work with water-based or plastisol inks and add interest to even the simplest designs.

Loft that lasts
Our puff ink has strong loft and wash durability. Pair it with plastisol in the same color for a tonal design, or with our high-opacity water-based ink for a contrast in texture.

What's the minimum order?
We have a 50-piece minimum per design. Every order is quoted on quantity, garment and decoration, so tell us what you're planning and we'll price it.
How long does an order take?
Most orders: 7–10 business days to print after proof approval and payment. Rush orders are available when the production schedule allows (rush fees apply).
