Embroidery Machine Operator
You run our multi-head embroidery machines, hoop garments and hats, and check every piece so it ships looking right.
- Hands-on, on your feet and detail-focused
What you’ll do
- Hoop garments, hats and patches accurately
- Load designs and set up thread colors
- Run and monitor multi-head embroidery machines
- Trim, inspect and quality-check finished pieces
- Spot and fix thread breaks and registration issues
- Keep machines clean and maintained
- Hand finished orders to fulfillment
What you bring
- Embroidery machine experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, organized and a good teammate
Fulfillment Specialist
You process and ship orders for our stable of high-volume online clothing companies, check in new shipments and keep inventory accurate at all times.
- Heavy lifting involved when adjusting inventory placement
What you’ll do
- Process customer orders
- Prepare and package items for shipment
- Ensure the accuracy of order processing and fulfillment
- Track and manage inventory levels
- Maintain shipping records
- Check in new shipments and report discrepancies
- Adjust inventory placement
- Provide customer service as needed
What you bring
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in order processing and shipping
- Knowledge of inventory tracking systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

In embroidery
Hoop, run and inspect embroidered tees, hats and patches on our multi-head machines, and keep every stitch clean and on spec.
In fulfillment
Process and pack orders for high-volume online clothing companies, check in new shipments, report discrepancies and keep inventory accurate.
Across the shop
Attention to detail, clear communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with quality control checks built into every step of every order.
